OJP045 - OUC028 : Fuji Yuki / Synchronicity (Live at the Église Saint-Maximin de Metz)

Fuji Yuki is a Japanese singer who performe in a Japanese Experimental / Improvisation music scene. She is a big part of the Japanese experimental music scene.

She uses her voice like an instruments using some special vocal techniques, glossolalia and electronic pedals to twist the sound of it.
She is best known as the vocalist, improviser, performer, bassist and vocalist of the duo Sarry.
When performing solo, she sings in her self style which as she's explaining is " a deep trip drone that connects this world to the next".

Her musicality transforms the vocals like a ambient drone or early church music reminding at times a prayer.
Her performances are always different depending of the place and space and by the inspiration coming from the spirit of buddhism and shintoism which are widely followed in Japan.
